Origin Highlight 750ml

A wine with history and international recognition, Origen de Resalte has been chosen three times as one of the 100 best wines in the world by prestigious publications: Wine Spectator in the TOP 100 of 2010 and 2011, and by Wine Enthusiast in 2019.

Made from 100% Tempranillo , it comes from six selected vineyards over 30 years old, offering a controlled production that does not exceed 4,500 kg/Ha . The diversity of soils in these vineyards gives the wine a natural complexity, combining power and elegance from its origin.

Each plot is individually vinified, preserving its unique identity through a meticulous gravity process. The wine is then aged for 14 months in carefully selected oak barrels: 80% French and 20% American , with special attention paid to cooperages and toasting to achieve a personalized aging that enhances its unique characteristics.
