Collection: The Dawn

La Aurora was founded in 1903 by Eduardo León Jimenes in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic, becoming the country's first cigarette and premium cigar factory.
For over 120 years, the company has maintained its family character and its focus on traditional craftsmanship.

During the 20th century, La Aurora established itself as one of the most respected brands in the Caribbean by pioneering the organized production of cigars in the Dominican Republic. Over time, it expanded its operations, modernized its production, and extended its presence to international markets, especially in the United States, Europe, and Latin America.

Today, La Aurora is one of the oldest and most prestigious tobacco houses in the world, recognized for commemorative editions, high-performance lines, and its influence on the development of the Dominican cigar industry.
