Refund policy

Any claim for poorly printed, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims considered an error on our part are covered on our own.

If you notice a problem with the products or anything else in the order, send us an email to contact@entrehumos.com.

When we receive a returned shipment, an automatic notification will be sent to you by email. Non-claimed returns are donated to charities after 30 days.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If you provide an address that the courier considers insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facilities. You will be responsible for the forwarding costs once we have confirmed an updated address (if applicable).

SHIPMENTS CLAIMED FROM US

Shipments that are not claimed are returned to our facilities and you will be responsible for the cost of a forwarding.

Entre Humos does not accept returns of sealed products, such as, among others, masks, that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. You hereby accept that any order returned with masks will not be available for forwarding and will be discarded.

RETURNS

It is better that you contact us at contact@entrehumos.com before returning any product. Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer's regret. Customers residing in Brazil who regret a purchase must contact us and express their willingness to return the item within 7 consecutive days of its receipt, providing a photograph of the item. The withdrawal request will be subjected to an evaluation to verify if the product was used or destroyed, even if it is partial. In these cases it will not be possible to make a refund.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method, within a certain number of days.

The shipping costs to return your item are at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchange of your product may vary.

If you send an item over $100, it is recommended to use a tracking shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the return of your item.

NOTIFICATION TO EU CONSUMERS

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 25, 2011, on the rights of consumers, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
  • The supply of goods manufactured to consumer specifications or clearly personalized;
  • Sealed products that were unsealed after delivery and that, therefore, are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
Therefore, Entre Humos reserves the right to reject returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translation made for any purpose.
