CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
Subscribers can cancel or modify their subscription at any time by logging into their account on our website or by contacting our customer service.
SHIPPING
VIP boxes will be sent to the address provided during the subscription. At the moment we only ship to Puerto Rico. Shipping costs are calculated on the payment screen. They are calculated based on the total weight of the order.
DELIVERY TIMES
Subscription boxes are normally sent within the first two weeks of each month. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We do not offer refunds on the subscription boxes once they have been invoiced. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact our customer service for assistance.
