Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 7 to 14 working days (except weekends and holidays) after receiving the order confirmation email. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday until 4:00 pm. If an order is received after that time, it will be processed the next day. If an order is placed on a Sunday, it will be processed on Monday. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Delivery dates are estimated and may differ depending on the number of orders to be placed. You will see the final costs and delivery dates on the payment screen of the order.
LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer local delivery in the metro area of Puerto Rico with UVA! Delivery in 24 hours or less from Monday to Friday.
IN-STORE PICKUP
At the moment, we do not offer in-store pickup.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once the shipment arrives in your destination country. Entre Humos is not responsible for these charges if they apply and are your responsibility as a customer.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number that you can use to verify its status. Wait 48 hours for the tracking information to be available.
If you have not received your order within 7 to 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, contact us at contact@entrehumos.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND CHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item has not been used and is in its original condition, and we will refund the full amount of the order minus the shipping costs of the return.
In case your order arrives damaged in any way, send us an email as soon as possible to contact@entrehumos.com with your order number and a photo of the status of the item. We approach them on a case-by-case basis, but we will do everything possible to work towards a satisfactory solution.
