The J.C. Newman Yagua is a truly unique handcrafted cigar, inspired by an old Cuban tradition. Each unit is hand-pressed and wrapped with fresh "yagua" palm leaves, resulting in slightly irregular yet authentic shapes, just as they were made in the Cuban countryside more than 70 years ago.

This cigar is made at the PENSA factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, using a fermented Broadleaf wrapper, wrapped in its most natural state, along with a binder and filler of 100% hand-selected Nicaraguan tobaccos. Its unique fermentation and natural pressing bring intense, earthy, and spicy flavors, with notes of bitter cocoa, wood, and pepper.
