Preparation and Aging:
Made from 100% Tempranillo grapes selected from our own vineyards, this wine undergoes a controlled fermentation process to preserve its varietal character. It is aged for 18 months in French and American oak barrels, followed by a rest in the bottle that further refines its structure and depth.

Tasting Notes:

• Appearance: Intense cherry red color with garnet highlights.
• Nose: Complex and enveloping aromas of ripe black fruits, spices such as cloves and pepper, with hints of cocoa, vanilla and licorice from its aging.
• Palate: Powerful and silky entry, with polished tannins and well-integrated acidity. The finish is long and persistent, with notes of ripe fruit and light toasted touches.
